Under UK law, every employer is required to appoint a competent person to assist them in meeting their legal health and safety obligations. This is a requirement under the Management of Health & Safety Regulations 1999, Regulation 7, Health & Safety Assistance.

As part of our standard support package you will receive email and telephone support through to us for any questions or issues you may have.

In addition to that we will provide you with a certificate of services to be displayed in your place of work along with a competent health and safety policy specific to your business and a copy of our cv that you can use for any tenders or PQQ's.
